You may want only hardcore conservatives, but in the real world at this time they cannot be elected nationally . Be happy they are supporting an anti-abortion pro-business candidate.
Oh I am sure it will be crowded. So are mosh pits, bargain tables and graveyards. I avoid them too. Enjoy.
"Nobody goes there anymore, it's too crowded." - Yogi Berra
We are actually from CT, but have worked hard for many GOP candidates for many years. Drove way out of our way in the hopes of attending a rally like this. Hope we can get in somehow...
McCain, who cares? That idiot should stay home.
My daughter and I drove two hours down to the West Allis, WI Romney rally and got there a little before 9 a.m. The rally was to start at 9:30 a.m. Unfortunately, the venue was FULL and people were being turned away from the State Fair Park. We went in anyway, and noticed people walking to the other end of the fairgrounds. We found out they never expected anywhere near the crowds on a Friday morning, so they set up an outside amphitheatre where we could listen to the speakers. It was extremely cold outside but everyone stood out there and cheered and chanted “Four more days!”. Young and old alike were so fired up. The pundits are saying this was Romney’s best speech ever; and if he had given this speech in Florida, it would be a wrap up.
Tomorrow morning, Ann Coulter will be here in Sheboygan, WI with the Fire Obama Tour. I hope Ohio is as fired up tonight in West Chester and also has more people than the venue will hold! Go, Ohio!!!!!
I wouldn't have known about the tickets for this event if not for this thread. Heading to West Chester, Ohio - tickets in hand - now to check out the parking situation... We're prepared to walk miles to this rally if we have to.
Four more days!! Thank you again, smooth sailing...
