It is high time the media started with the facts. The fact is that this was a CIA operation from start to finish.
An American CIC would have gone in and worried about feelings later.
But how would they make that case for the personnel? I presume that ambassador Stevens and all the rest were there with the knowledge and permission of the provisional gov of Libya. Wouldn't we have the 'right under international law' to defend officials of the U.S. gov who were present in the country with Libyan approval?
If a member of your family was being murdered in the house next door would go to a judge for a warrant to enter the house?
Did we have legal authority to fly into Pakistan and nab OBL?
What is the current status of those two facilities? Do we own them, or are they unprotected?
What a shock. We elect a Chicago Mob bagman to be President and he ends up running guns all over the world. Who could ever see that coming ?
