“Everybody’s talking about it” isn’t much of a news peg, especially when there’s much bigger stuff out there.
And there is.
Think about it: the attack was Sept. 11. FOX didn’t run the “stand down” story till Oct. 26. From the sound of it, that was likely a coordinated leak from fed-up military/intelligence sources. There is more.
You don’t offer gruel when meat is available. MSM isn’t going to run with rumors or warmed-over hearsay. And I don’t want them to.
We live in an instantaneous world now, but some things take time. Nobody paid attention to Woodward and Bernstein in 1972, not for months, not till well after that election. It was March ‘73 before McCord spilled his story and Watergate blew wide open, and it took another year and a half for it to play out.
Ordinarily, this story would build, piece by piece, over weeks and months. But there is an election next week, which makes us all want to expedite it. We want, and need, it NOW.
If FOX had them, they’d run with them.
The other “news” outlets, I doubt...they’re oh so in the tank for Obamugabe.
No truer words were ever spoken. However, I think it was Sheryl (don’t remember her last name) from CBS, who first broke the Benghazi story. So, maybe, just maybe ............

As a collective, they lost this decades ago. From the coverups of FDRs infirmity, to Kennedy's womanizing right on up to Watergate where the entire establishment hounded Nixon out of office over a piss ant break in and cover up. Protect the liberals/Democrats, hound the Republicans is their unspoken credo.
If that “Infamous December Sunday” had occurred during the Obama administration, it would have been described as “an accident during the set-up for the upcoming Fourth of July fireworks demonstration”.

The implications of this are profound. I wonder WHICH networks have them and if they were waiting for Sandy to pass before publicizing them.

Wonder if someone told Obama about this, and the possible "Green Energy Scandal" Newt also mentioned, when he landed in Orlando the other night and then he decided to turn around and head back to the (insert manly-man deep voice) "White House Situation Room" to act presidential and "monitor the storm."
Idi Obama is certainly trying to "act" Presidential all of a sudden.
