He doesn’t think Detroit is a given? His campaign is in worse shape then anybody is willing to admit. ;-)

The writer misses a possibility
Maybe the Republicans are buying ads in Michigan because they think they can win the state. There is a good argument for not just winning but winning big. This is not a football game where running up the score is unsportsmanlike. Romney needs to win big because that will force the left to shut up. One of the reasons Reagan could be Reagan was because nobody doubted he won the election.
Additionally if the demonrats have to pad the vote in Michigan and Minnesota then they run out of stooges to cheat with in Iowa and Ohio

With several members of the black leadership referring to the Prez as “Bath House Barry”, and encouraging others to ‘stay home’ on election day, it is surprising we haven’t seen panic ads here in Rahmabad.

Detroit media market covers parts of eight counties, so it is much more than Detroit or Metro Detroit (tri-county) for that matter. Lapeer, MI (also Flint market) ~ Livingston, MI (also Lansing, Flint) ~ Macomb, MI ~ Monroe, MI (mostly Metro Toledo) ~ Oakland, MI ~ St. Clair, MI (thumb doesn't have strong media) ~ Washtenaw, MI (Ann Arbor uses Detroit media market) ~ Wayne, MI.

The Detroit TV doesn’t reach into Toledo? Aren’t they only about 40 miles apart?

I saw my first 0 commercial Sunday night. I live in upstate Rochester. I saw a Mitt moment shortly after. The two messages could not be clearer.
