Funny thing, in reading “Intellectuals”, I found out that this was one of Marx’s common “arguments”. His ideology was “scientific”, and anyone who opposed it was “unscientific”.
What we need to do in refuting this claim, especially in a couple of areas they use it in (evolution and global warming), is that the definition of the scientific method precludes their conclusions on these issues.
Who cares what C. Powell thinks? I only hope “Don’t Get Stuck on Stupid,”General Honore(probably misspelled) who led the clean-up after Katrina is a conservative.
