When people find out, there will be hoards of people looting the shops, and they'll be crazed with hunger - just like zombies. They'll be hungry, cold, and in disarray. There will be worldwide lawlessness and mob type rule.
People have been prepping since Oboma got elected. They have different reasons for doing it, but they sensed something was coming, even though they couldn't explain exactly what it was they feared. (I believe people sense things, and these people followed their instincts.)

Something similar was on the San Jose, CA NewsTalk radio KLIV last week. It was a short 30 second item, never repeated again (as near as I can tell), and not written up in any newspaper that I could find. First Responders and other public safety agencies were said to be running practice exercises in SJ to be prepared for civil unrest “at sporting events and other public gatherings.”
Right. What a coincidence. Mass riot preparations just before the election and couched as getting ready for a Giants sweep of the Tigers. Ha!

If you dig a little bit, you’ll find that there’s a huge consensus of people that believe this. It’s not tin foil hat at all. It’s real.
There’s tons of real estate being moved around in the mid-west. People are getting out of the cities. (Like me)
A lot of farming and gardening forums are seeing a lot of new activity from first time farmers and gardeners. People are waking up to what’s going on.
I guess it depends on which side of the zombie apocalypse you want to be on. Think of it like this, how much food you have stored is how long you’re immune to the zombie virus. :)
