One weird thing is that I am watching a webcam of Times Square and there are 100s of people just milling around. What the heck? On the weather channel they show some reporter in Battery City park begin blown all over the place and people are strolling around Times Square like it’s a sunny Sunday...

For some reason Times Square attracts what I would call “nuts”. When it snows and the area has blizzard like conditions, there will be a crowd. Manhattan and Rockaway as well as Staten Island were hit hard. I hope your children are safe. But it will be awhile before mass transit and lights will get back to some semblance of normalcy.
