Romney super PAC goes up in PA (Expanding the map!)
Politico ^ | 10/29/12 | Jonathan Martin

Mitt Romney’s super PAC, Restore our Future, is launching an 11th-hour ad blitz in Pennsylvania, POLITICO has learned.

ROF is going up Tuesday with a $2.1 million ad buy across every Pennsylvania market, including pricey Philadelphia.

The group will air a spot, “New Normal,” that lashes President Obama on the economy and is already up in other parts of the country.

The late push for Pennsylvania comes as some internal GOP polling has shown the always-elusive Keystone State to be within a few points.

Good...but we’re likely not to have power later (Philly suburbs).

Money well spent. Don't count PA out. My country “neighborhood” is usually apolitical (no signs). In 2008 there were Obama signs here and there. This year, every other home has a Romney sign. I went to the local GOP for a sign and they were totally out. They were allotted 2,000 signs and ended up going through 4,000. I've seen only three Obama signs and NO bumper stickers.

I'm a PA poll watcher and talked today with the local GOP chairwoman and she is very excited about this race in PA.

I've worked for her {poll watching} since 2004 and this is the first time she believes that we have a real chance to win the big one.

Maybe false optimism, but she is jazzed about this race...I hope she is right.

I live in Bucks County, and it’s overwhelmingly Romney signs out here, I’m shocked by how little Obama is appearing in yard signs and bumper stickers. I think Romney can carry Bucks County.

I can’t speak for the other Philly suburbs, Montgomery seems to have a stronger base for Obama based on yard signs, but the 13th Congressional District is pretty Democratic in comparison to the 8th.

I was in Harrisburg for a wedding over the weekend, and it was ALL Romney/Ryan bumperstickers and yard signs.

Not sure how Harrisburg usually swings.

I’m in the York area, just south of Harrisburg and this is usually strong Republican.

Montco has a lot of D's, and the 13th is Gerrymandered. We never give up though.
