CBS Busts Obama and Itself in Benghazi Cover-Up

CBS News has released a clip of an interview by Steve Kroft of 60 Minutes on Sep. 12 with President Barack Obama that indicates Obama knew the assault on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya was a premeditated terror attack--and suggests the White House later deceived the public by blaming protests against an anti-Islam video. CBS chose not to air the clip for over a month--but did air Obama’s attack on Romney that same night.

Obama told Kroft that the attack in Benghazi was different from the violent protest at the U.S. embassy in Cairo: "You're right that this is not a situation that was exactly the same as what happened in Egypt, and my suspicion is, is that there are folks involved in this who were looking to target Americans from the start."

The story supposedly came from the doctor who examined him in Libya and supposedly was a friend. The reason I always say rumor at this point is because true facts are still coming out.

I have never heard or seen an article saying that. Would appreciate a link if you have one. I did see an article saying that the doctor who tried to revive him found no other injuries aside from smoke inhalation. No doubt more will come out in time.

It was one of the first days this happened and I have been to so many places now so I do not remember if it was freerepublic, Hillbuzz or some other site like that or if it was some rumor site like Ultserman or Lame Cherry.

To try and find the story after story after story has come out on Benhgazi would be a pain but that same story or rumor was reported those first days in several places.

Yes, I thought I had bookmarked it but I didn’t. I try to bm everything of interest but sometimes I forget. The fact that it has never been followed up on or repeated by the press again is telling. It was street talk that had no credibility IMO.

If we lived in a totalitarian State - CBS is the type of 'news' organization we'd be stuck with. In a free society they're filth...rubbish - - something we should all be ashamed of..
