This is Joe Biden we're talking about. There's an equally probable chance that they're scared to death of him having yet another gaffe so they're sending him up there to hide him. Biden’s from Scranton; not sure there’s much reason to read into this except it is 5 days ahead of the election. I thought it might be to influence Ohio but Scranton is so far from Ohio, I don’t expect a shared media market.
