My grandfather loved limburger cheese (and also horseradish) and my father told of the time his school couldn’t hold Monday clases because “someone” had put limburger cheese on the steam radiator(s) Friday afternoon.Smelled awfully(suspicious)..

LOL. You are so right. My mother’s first and only salad she made for my father was with that cheese. He held a clothes pin over his nose.

A nice somewhat thin slice on hot toast where it softens on the bread....yum. Tilsiter Kase, the one from Germany wrapped in gold paper is even better and peels paint faster. Some venders try to sell you havati instead. Don't let them. ; )
