What this order “does,” in fact, is open up the legitimization of agencies, say ACORN or its successor, the NAACP, the NBPP, or other ‘community-interested’ group as a member of the council - by ‘invitation of the chair’...

It is simply a way to give government power to fringe groups in any situation the “chair” deems necessary. The ‘chair’ being and Obama lackey.

Taken to extreme, it is the instantiation of Obama’s 2008 promise “....to have a civilian defense force, as well staffed, well funded as the Defense Department.....” [paraphrased]

This order does not .... protect a citizen and his rights, but DOES give every facet of government more flexability in denying the citizen and his rights.

Yeah, these "partnerships" typically involve federal agents contacting and coopting local sheriff departments into doing their dirty work for them.

Notice that every time the Secret Service, TSA, etc shows up to bully and threaten private citizens, they always drag some hapless deputy or city cop along to serve as muscle.

Seems like Sheriff Joe Arpaio is the only one in the country who has the cojones to tell them to go to hell.
