I agree with everything you said.
We already have governance that is WAY, WAY unconstitutional. Failed law enforcement is just one symptom of that.
But until we figure out how to make the rule of law stick, we’re never going to get any better than what we’ve got now. Especially now that we’ve seen the “conservative” media threatened into silence on Constitutionally critical law enforcement issues such as the eligibility issue and Obama’s perjury, forgery, etc. If they can be threatened into silence on that, they can be threatened into silence on anything, and the political remedies are totally broken because the politicians will always do what it takes to get on the good side of the media. They are the gate-keepers of elections, in many ways.
The new media is helping to change that scenario, but the new media doesn’t have the ability to create legal consequences. Every person on this earth could know that Obama committed perjury, and as long as the people who can do something about it all are beholden to (and dependent on) the threatened media, we’ll all be screwed - and the Constitution and rule of law will be screwed too.
That’s a really gaping vulnerability in our entire system, and I believe it is critical that we address it.

Critical yes, but who is the 'we' you speak of? You bitch, but have put forth no solutions. Sack up, and say what is on your mind. You despise the Constitutional way, the guillotine is the next option, but you don't have the stones to recommend it, much easier to rail from the bench.
Well said. We know he is guilty of all kinds of crimes. I see it as Boehner’s (if I misspelled it, I don’t want to take the time to look it up...not worth it) job to bring Articles of Impeachment up, but he is just too much of a coward to ever do anything that takes some kahunas. As long as we have these RINO’s in there, we will never make any progress toward getting these criminals removed from office.
