That seems kind of stupid to my thinking. You’ve got a developing situation of violence and you limit your options by sending an unarmed drone? What would be the good of being able to see with a drone, if you don’t have the capability of doing anything about what you see anyway? They already had boots on the ground reporting what was going on anyway. Not the whereabouts of Stevens, but the drone wasn’t going to see that either, was it?
