This man probably created such a cocoon around himself that information like this couldn’t penetrate. He is known as “no drama” and the last thing he needs to hear is some old white gay guy in Libya might be in trouble. I seriously think that none of the information ever made it to him either because his handlers like Valerie and Axlerod would not allow it, or the staff has learned to work around him and no one else could initiate the military action.

It doesn’t seem like you listened to what the guy said. The protocol is that when they get an alert like this the designated person goes right up to Obama and Obama is told personally IMMEDIATELY.
