Historical filmmaker Ken Burns recently penned a column for New Hampshires Union Leader titled, Why I am voting for Barack Obama. Burns rehearses several of the most common arguments for Obamas re-election, and in doing so, he unwittingly exposes the flimsiness of the rationale for subjecting America to four more years of Obamaism...

Poor Ken Burns. He’s still stuck back in the Civil War.
He does do nice documentaries, though. Just once, I would like to see one where he isn’t obsessed with the color of a person’s skin, rather than the content of their character.

Ken Burns put forth a very weak, and dubious, attempt to secure his paychecks of the future. Because his work is largely not interesting and quite atheistic, but sometimes Gnostic, depending on method of his intent to deceive. He supports PBS’s atheistic agenda and without PBS he loses work. The act by Ken is extremely selfish he even slimes it up more leveraging his daughters in the poorly veiled scheme to cover his butt while discounting the dire straits this nation is headed into because of Obama and his anti-American agenda.

I would just leave it at "Shut up."
I tried to watch some of his "Baseball" documentary, and it seemed as if his favorite experts on the sport were Billy Crystal and Mario Cuomo. Sheesh!!

Ken Burns is one of those guys, like Chris Mathews, who is obsessed with race. He will never get over it, and it is an important angle to every story he tells.

I’ve watched his Civil War one and the WW II one. In both cases he reveals his blatant leftist bias and as mentioned here by many, how everything is about race in his world.
I still remember how the Civil War one was pretty solid other than the black lady professor who had no business lecturing anyone on history because she clearly didn’t know didly.
The WW II one spent a very large portion of its time whining about the evil racism of the U.S., and skipping over that silly war business.

And.....guess where Ken Burns lives. Walpoe New Hampshire: 99% white. No crime. No diversity.

Just like the suburb where Chris Mathews lives.

Yeh, the US military was segregated, but blacks, whites and Indians were united as one to win the war. Segregation in the military ended, what, 3 years after the war ended? Now, in our post-racial society, that kind of unity is gone.
