I always knew Carter was an idiot. The idea that he was an engineer always made me feel cheap somehow ;-)

I didn't know that about Carter. It's such a part of his biography that I took it as Gospel.

To be fair, though, Carter said "nucular" all the time. Probably more than GW Bush.

Maybe he was a "nucular" engineer. That way nobody could accuse him of lying.
