Not this idiotic nonsense again.
SSA has armed agents (and has had them for decades) that investigate benefits fraud, which is often committed by unsavory types involved in other criminal activities and requires going into unsafe housing projects, etc.
HP bullets are routinely used by law enforcement. Better chance of dropping the target without passing through and hitting someone you’re not shooting at.
