I would think that parents who are paying big bucks to send their child to a private Evangelical Lutheran college would be less than pleased by the position of the school’s administration.

Keep in mind the "Concordia" being referred to here is NOT one of the many **LCMS** Concordia universities and seminaries. No, this is the one **ELCA** school--very left-leaning--that uses the name "Concordia" (after the Lutheran Book of Concord), even though they are not worthy of that noble name.
so-called "academics" are all about politics, but they have so little at stake otherwise.

Peterson is a sad example of what goes on when a person gets to DC. They can be decent to start out with but eventually the sewer gas gets to them all.
Would that be buggery-endorsing, ELCA University known as “Concordia Moorehead”, just East of Fargo?

Whoops - my son just sent his ACT scores to this school, we thought it was just like Concordia Seward, but he wants to go to a bigger city, guess we’ll have to cross this school off the list.

I think the student was threatened or blackmailed when the suggestion of code of conduct violations was raised. “Deprivation of rights under color of authority” is a federal felony. the administration is very close here also.
You should consider letting them know why they are now off your list.
If she was my daughter, I’d be calling the school and giving them the clause of the first amendment rights. Then I’d take her to a more worthy school. No more money for schools that cannot stand on US Constitutional rights for all students. We need to get more involved with our kids choice of schools, look into the school’s vision statements and student disciplinary policies. That says a lot. If free speech for Christian religious expression is not guaranteed, then find another school.
There IS an LCMS Concordia in Minnesota, only it is in St. Paul, not Moorhead. And, btw, Concordia-St. Paul just lowered their tuition significantly.
