Funny you should bring up OJ. It was following the OJ trial that rumors of Powell having a problem with whites first surfaced.
At the time there was talk of Powell running against Clinton in 1996.
After the rumors surfaced Powell decided not to run.
Now I guess we know the rumors were true.
