What kind needs boxcars with shackles or "camps" with barbed-wire oriented to keep people INSIDE? There are some pretty disturbing videos on YouTube showing guillotines and U.S. soldiers training to use them. Not the kind of stuff that gives you "warm fuzzies".
I’ve seen some references to guillotines a while ago. If the US gov has a bunch of guillotines...I hardly know what questions to ask. If they plan on executing bunches of people, why not shoot them? Oh, they did buy lots of ammo....
But guillotines???
