Famed civil rights attorney Gloria Allred will be in a Boston area courtroom Wednesday in an attempt to unseal the sworn testimony given by Republican Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney, in a prior court case, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
"The Boston Globe is headed to court tomorrow morning for an emergency hearing in an attempt to obtain a court order to unseal the sworn testimony given by Mitt Romney in a prior court case and to lift a gag order so that the parties can speak about Romney. Gloria Allred will be in court representing one of the parties in the case," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.
The emergency hearing will take place at the Norfolk Probate & Family Court in Canton, Massachusetts, and Justice Jennifer Ulwick will oversee the proceedings which will begin at 9 a.m. EST.
As previously reported, Drudge Report founder and respected politico, Matt Drudge, tweeted Thursday: "Here she comes. Hearing Gloria Allred out there again, about to make a move. After all, it's her time of the campaign. Team O at the ready!!"

I would think so and ROmney has the best attorneys money can buy on his team. He could keep this thing tied up for months. So the purpose of Allred's cute little prank is not to have the papers unsealed, but to get her face in the news and get the drive by media comparing this to Romney's tax returns.
It's a dirty trick and the voters don't like crap like this. I'm surprised the Obama team isn't squashing her. If it was close, they probably would, but this is a Hail Mary.

Not in this case. Clearly, this case is different. I don’t know why it’s different, but it just is, and we shouldn’t question it in any way. This case will be special because they will tell us it’s special and that we should just be quiet and live with it.

I remember reading that a member of Romney's church was advised to have an abortion as her health was in jeopardy. When she sought the advice of "Bishop" Romney he firmly tried to talk her out of it. She left the church and had it anyway. Why this became a court action doesn't make sense, if that is indeed what it's about.
Gloria stuck her nose into the Schwarzenegger Gubernatorial campaign at about this stage, too. That’s why Arnold never became Governor of California.

The motion to unseal is just an effort to gin up interest. Sealed or unsealed, the info will be leaked and probably falsely characterized. It’ll be interesting to see if the Trump leak cancels it out.

These things in a POTUS election tend to have no real effect (see Bush 2000 / DUI). Gloria is just desperate and that is exactly what this will look like. These are the types of politics the independents are weary of. I think it will be a whole lot of nothing. Romney should get in front of it if there is something there, or get his legal team there to scuttle it - but not spend a ton of time on it. Keep on campaigning. Herman Cain never should have relented. A lesson to be learned there.
This is definitely further verification that Obama is losing and losing big. He is desperate and it shows.
