I would think so and ROmney has the best attorneys money can buy on his team. He could keep this thing tied up for months. So the purpose of Allred's cute little prank is not to have the papers unsealed, but to get her face in the news and get the drive by media comparing this to Romney's tax returns.
It's a dirty trick and the voters don't like crap like this. I'm surprised the Obama team isn't squashing her. If it was close, they probably would, but this is a Hail Mary.

Of all the comments on this thread, I do believe you have uncovered the plot. In other words, the commie slut Allred doesn’t have squat.
Allred is going in person which means the media will be there. I'd guess any liberal judge in Mass would agree to unseal these documents in an effort to help Obama. I am sure Allred knows that going in. If the judges decision is appealed, the general information about the case will still be public and the media will want to know why the Romney camp is trying to keep the documents sealed.

The voters may say that, but dirt like this most definitely effects elections. It matters, it matters a lot. That is, assuming this is really something the media can sink their teeth into. We don't even know if this case is about anything that touches Romney in a way that would hurt him. I'm guessing it must at least have a chance to hurt Mitt because the Boston Globe is the one trying to unseal the documents.
