She was ready to represent Sandra Fluke to wage war against Rick Santorum.
Now, she is going to try to destroy Mitt Romney with more Axlerod money.
she has to pay 101 dollars to appear pro hac vice unless she is doing it pro bono. If axelrod is paying her tab then that is NOT pro bono. (iow just because the client is not paying then that is still not pro bono)
also does she even have a client with standing? if this was a mass vs romney case, there is no party to represent except romney.
it is a tactical case. an issue of embarassing. if mitt does not fight it and then it gets trumped in the news cycle and HOPEFULLY opens allred to disbarment. (even if not admitted in mass, if she is disbarred in mass, calif will also disbar her.)
