Unsealing records was exactly how Barry won his races back in IL.
So yeah just a hint of nervousness.
Getting sealed, confidential court records worked for him in his Illinois Senate race.
FWIW, if you Google the name of the judge it shows she was nominated by Gov Deval Patrick..
Seem to remember Obama has history when it comes to finding judges to unseal sealed court docs.

If this is true, then its wildly known and not something that would have been difficult to find..if any of the Republicans running in the primary wanted to bring down Romney they could have gotten hold of it just as easily as media whore Allred could..thats why I think this is utter nonsense. Allred knows about this and Gingrich, Santorum, Bachmann and Cain had no clue..I highly doubt that
If I were president, I’d have my AG and DOJ investigate that. I’d also start impeachment proceedings against the judge even is just to force him to incur legal fees.

I can’t imagine there’s time to go thru all the legal hassling to open sealed court records, but this is right in line with how Obama got into the Senate, isn’t it, revealing his opponent’s sealed divorce records?
She can raise a stink, which is a talent she certainly has honed, and she might have found a ‘friendly’ judge. Never trust any of those people. Never.
Someone needs to sue Allred for malpractice.

I don’t see her getting them unsealed, but I can see 2 weeks of “What is Mitt hiding?”
If the parties involved agreed to the testimony being sealed, wouldn’t they also all have agree to unseal it.
Best I can tell, tomorrow’s hearing is to get gag order lifted. Then I suppose Allred’s “client” could speak out about the case?
Well, maybe Trump has some dirt on Allred, and is going to stop her cold.
