It’s hard for me because I wanted a feisty bloodletting but then I’m not the target audience, either. Ready for the 6th already.
I think that’s why some FReepers wanted Newt to get the nomination—because they expected him to give Obama a “feisty bloodletting” in the debates. But who knows how exactly he would have performed against Obama head-to-head.
But the debates are less important than the actual election, of course.

On September 11, at about 10 p.m. Libyan time (4 p.m. in Washington), Ambassador Chris Stevens and a small staff were inside our consulate in Benghazi when terrorists attacked.
