I happen to agree.
I thought the “horses and bayonets” was lame. And Obama looked like he couldn’t treat his opponent with respect.
Romney looked presidential, graceful and never once got flustered.
If body language communicated anything - one person will be our next President tonight.
His name is Mitt Williard Romney.
I’m voting for Willard Mitt Romney...
its Willard Mitt Romney
To the unwashed O could have made a lot of points had he not resorted to petulance. But he instead contrasted himself to Romney.
For two debates Romney came out fighting. In this third debate I was taken aback at how different his tone was. But in retrospect I think he just rope-a-doped Obama to hurt himself with two key groups: women and undecideds. We’ll see.
My Son-in-Law was in the Old Guard and participated in many a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. I'm damn glad he wasn't listening to the debate, and didn't hear Obama say that.
Worse than lame- it showed a serious lack of understanding about the strategic and tactical value of our Navy in today's world. Probably his worst "gaffe" of the night and hopefully it will bite him a time or two in the next two weeks.
