What I heard was tempering aid to countries complying with us, in other words act right or lose funds. The USA gives aid to many countries,always has and always will.

I was kind of stunned by this...like a punch in the gut.
Did funds to Egypt help them be friendly with us.
Also, US is broke. Where will the funds come from to pay off countries we want to be friends with.
