WISN 12 News has learned that a mass shooting has taken place near the Brookfield Square Mall.
WISN 12 News has been told that this is a "mass casualty" situation and that the scene is not secured.

I just don’t let people get under my skin enough to want to do this sort of thing. Disliking someone doesn’t have to mean you want to end their life unless they’re threatening yours at the moment.

Why can’t you believe they published the description? How else are they going to find him/warn people?

TODAY’S TMJ4 is reporting that 45-year-old Radcliffe Haughton from Brown Deer is sought for the shooting in Brookfield. Authorities are looking for a 2003 Mazda Protege with license plate: 171-KZD.

I would say he has definitely violated the restraining order.
He has a history of charges for disorderly, but they were dismissed.
I stand corrected, he is black. A rarity, but he was probably making enough money to pay for a shrink and get on those meds. See picture on Page 10.

I meant I was surprised because the media tends to be a little more protective of some suspects than others.
This guy appears to have been able to get out from under a disorderly because a witness was not available to testify. I imagine it may have been the wife or another witness possibly intimidated. Pure speculation, of course.
Hope they get him and quickly. And, that everyone who has been hurt gets through this without too much damage. It is so sad.
