And I sit out here on a beautiful day here in the swamps laughing right out loud.
So, your predictions?
Larri?
What the hell is up with them glasses? They are just double-dumb...stupid-lookin'.
There is also a rapid response team stationed at an air base in Southern Italy that could have been there within a half hour. The base is 450 miles from Benghazi.
Amazing!Thanks kabar.
Sometimes when you think the regime is being really slick it turns out to be sheer incompetence! Hard to tell one from the other at times.
We all evolve. In 1972 I was a young teenage hippy and hated Nixon; wanted McGovern to win.
By 1976 I was a Reaganite, hated Ford because he wasn’t conservative enough, and joined the military. Left my long luxurious wavy hair around a barber’s stool at Lackland AFB that year (It never grew back well at all—couldn’t for 22 years—by then it was falling out on its own!). And I WAS mugged that year AND learned what Afternoon Delight was all about.
Oh wow Eva....you remind me of another item being whispered all about.
I know some of you might have mentioned this but forgive as I’ve been chasing Gerald and the shrimp all over the house. But it isn’t being told about that some of our people actually witnessed the attack on the Libyan embassy AS IT HAPPENED?
THAT is something that could never be forgiven by the American people, darn even the media would be given great pause.
The notion that our Pres or Sec of State, or any of their minions, could have watched that happened on live time boggles all of our humanity. There should have been commands going out across the spectrum to get help there.
This is America...we couldn’t get a helicoptor, a plane, something....there to help? Even if it was an impossible thing, an attempt should have been made.
I’m serious, this Benghazi thing is so awful and I’m so convinced that even congress is shocked by it all.
We shall see. Cause it ain’t going away, no how.
My guess is because it was a hit. Why else would you sit and watch an ambassador and three seals get slaughtered by well armed terrorists without at least trying to get them help.Especially since it was only a half hour away according to Col. Shaffer!! Unless you wanted the results they got?
We don’t get it here until 2:00 pm Eastern. But I heard he did a good job. Let’s hope he doesn’t forget how to be conservative when he goes back to Congress.LOL!!Great to hear form you onyx!
I'll go with the hat trick Pat. (fingers crossed)
Hopefully followed by a massive instant economic uptick, continued Congressional investigations and millions of civil lawsuits from the private sector against whomever they can sue.
I want to hear "the failed policies of the Obama administration" become a household phrase.
So you know what I did today?
I love sweet potatoes.
No. Allow me to correct. I love sweet potatoes baked till soft and blanketed with a thin coat of butter.
I don’t like sweet potatoes with marshmallows, nuts or syrup. If you should serve such to me that way I would eat it, and, indeed, have many times over the years.
So I saw the sweet potato in the produce section and thought....wow, would it be nuts to just put that big sweet potato in the oven and bake it up?
Then I would put some butter on top, smash it around a bit, and eat it just like that?
Such a side dish would shock the Iron Chefs.
But yes I did, I made ME, just ME cause husband has no respect for gourds of any kind....a baked sweet potato.
I am going to have it for lunch.
Ya gotta love the educational system in this country. Our mission: Totally dumb down the American children. They are doing a bang up job.
LOL!
I’m sorry Pat, but that was a good one!
Yup, me to, do it all the time.
It's especially good with BBQ ribs and sweet corn. Mmmm hmmmm.
“Don’t be so rough on yourself, gravity gets the best of all of us eventually.”
Thanks Rock, I just spewed coffee all over my brand new laptop keyboard.
too
You gotta catch a 1,200 pound bluefin tuna on rod and reel off Prince Edward Island in rough seas. It doesn’t get much better.
Correction. The Information Security Officer was Sean Smith, who served in the U.S. Air Force as a Staff Sergeant.
The other two were embassy security personnel, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods, both former Navy SEALs.
I heard that bs from Van Jones what twaddle.I almost spit out valued Kona coffee on to my puter screen.Jones was glowing about how zero killed osamma and got the nobel “piece”(for being a piece of work) prize. Now if it was anywhere else an explanation would be necessary but not here.Barfareemus time.
