The mother of a teenager who fessed up to a torrid affair with a teacher at Brooklyn’s James Madison High School made good on her promise Wednesday and sued the city and the instructor.
Maureen Eng, who announced earlier she would be seeking $10 million in damages, claimed in court papers that her son Kevin “had his childhood robbed from him” at the so-called Horndog High.
She identified his seducer as Erin Sayar, an English teacher at the scandalized school.

As far as she goes, I'm not into the hipster type, but I know a few folks that go for that. As 16, I wouldn't be picky.
As judge, I'd dismiss this case for lack of actual damages.
Maybe that's the problem. She wanted to but was turned down. :-P
