Shortly after Obamacare was passed and signed by the President, Michael Tanner of the Cato Institute noted a sudden plethora of articles that had begun to appear in a wide variety of MSM outlets about the probable ill-effects of "reform." This prompted him to ask, "Where were these reporters before the passage of the health care bill?" The answer to this question is now pretty obvious. They were colluding, via JournoList and other such forums that we don't know about, to make sure that no one screwed up and told the truth before that morass of taxes and regulations became the law of the land. To the nation's cost, their self-censorship succeeded.
Today, we face a similar but much more dangerous situation. The "reporters" of the establishment news media are engaged in a concerted campaign of misinformation to get Barack Obama re-elected. This has been evident for some time, but the breathtaking mendacity of this effort was writ large by Candy Crowley during last Tuesday's presidential debate. Everyone has by now seen the video clip: the President made the preposterous claim that he had identified the attack on our Benghazi consulate as an act of terrorism as early as September 12. Then, when Romney called him on this egregious whopper, Crowley repeated the lie.

I agree whining is not winning. However, freedom will never win unless we expose and destroy the corrupt media. Almost half of voters will cast ballots for for a man that has nearly destroyed the country. They’ve been aiding and abetting the left for decades. It’s time to put a stop to this nonsense.
Almost half the country (or more) sees a benefit to a welfare state because they get a take.
The media is the media. Whining about them is not beating them.
Rush who gets good $$$(win-win for him ) from dwelling on the media bias has been doing it for decades now, yet they have not improved due to it. And that works for him. That is not doing anything.
Some in the media have been on this story, even Dems in congress have been grilling O people on this.
Time to start whining and start winning. Make the stories compelling to the MSM.
Not to mention the sabre rattling with China and Japan. not one word...they’re still talking about *binders*.
My comment was not personally directed at you. It is a point I been making for a few years now.
I’m still reeling about C Cowley and how she * happened* to have a copy of the Rose Garden transcript handy.
Why would Obama look at Candy Crowley and tell her to “Get the transcript”? Did he mean right then and there, for a staffer to go print it off and bring it back for everyone to read? Or did he know that she was going to use that line to defend him when the inevitable question arose . . .?
I didn’t take it personally. I’m old enough to know b*tching about stuff doesn’t accomplish anything.
” - - - Crowley repeated the lie.”
And that is how the phrase “to Crowley a debate” began.
“....Romney should be coasting to an easy win.”
.
With today’s American voter, you will never know until the ballots are counted.
I posted this here today. It will help you see my line of reasoning.
Romney has to realize that he is debating two RATs at the same time.
But, I’m sure, he knows that by now.
More importantly, the public is starting to understand it.
Can you think of any congresscritter with the stones to start them?
I didn’t think so.
Too many of them have become enablers in the past four years to even consider getting involved in impeachment procedures.
lol....
We need the Congress and the Senate.... and then all of the public pressure we can muster.
The Walnut Creek, CA Chik-Fil-A is scheduled to open November 8.
BINGO.
I watched the clip of that section repeatedly and Obama had a CLEAR "knowing smirk" on his face when instead of answering Mitt's question (to restate O's claim), Obama said "proceed Governor".
It was a SET UP and Crowley was in on it!!!!
Bob Schieffers sole job Monday night will be to run interference and ultimately run out the 90-minute clock. Each time Romney brings up Benghazi, Schieffer will quickly jump in and assure the Republican challenger that well get to Benghazi later, but right now I want to concentrate on China, Iran, Israel, the Middle East, etc. (any country except Libya).
Finally, at the tail end of the debate, with only a few minutes left, Schieffer will bring up Benghazi; hell do it by serving up a softball to Obama, which will allow Obama to knock it out of the park. Then, Schieffer will turn to Romney and say make it quick, we only have a few seconds left. Romney wont complete a single sentence before Schieffer interrupts and informs him that the debate is officially over.
Schieffer has nothing to lose by colluding with Obama; hes 75 years old, and this will be his last hooray. Schieffer can happily and proudly retire from the news business, and spend his golden years living in a communist utopia that he helped bring about.
It was supposed to open last month.
Why would Obama look at Candy Crowley and tell her to Get the transcript? Did he mean right then and there, for a staffer to go print it off and bring it back for everyone to read? Or did he know that she was going to use that line to defend him when the inevitable question arose . . .?
Obviously all pre-planned. If Schieffer pulls these stunts, Romney will be 10 points ahead. . Vote against the MSM November 6th!!
Collision with collusion!
From the article:
"An old-time political hand in D.C., whom I know and who has advised and worked on many campaigns, is utterly convinced that the exchange was a setup of Romney by the Obama campaign and Crowley. I agree, based on the principle all lawyers know: never ask a question in the courtroom to which you dont know the answer. After Romney argued that it took weeks for the Obama administration to admit that terrorism was involved, Obama claimed he had mentioned it the day after the attack, looked at Crowley, and asked her to get the transcript. Whereupon Crowley immediately responded he [Obama] did in fact. So let me call it an act of terror.
