Glad to see there’s a new judge on the case. I think justice has a much better chance of being determined now.
That first judge is unfit to be one.
Sounds like a discovery issue.
Getting the transcripts into evidence is going to be an entirely different battle, determined by different standards.
Remember, a court trial is never a search for truth.
