” The CIA knew within 24 hours that it was a militant attack, that there was no video, there was no spontaneous demonstration. The State Department knew immediately. The White House knew. It was Jay Carney who started the lie.

It was Jay Carney under orders, I’m sure, from Obama and whoever else, which started the ball rolling on the video, and then Susan Rice gets involved. And again, all of that was to cover up an absolute disaster.”

Thanks, Kaslin. Those of us who have relly investigated this would agree with Rush 100%.

Even the emergency helicopter rescue team rushed to Bengazi from Tripoli was ambushed, with additional 2 U.S. KIA. —why is no one talking about it..?

It’s like they KNEW the rescuers were coming.

And the motar fire they met once arriving at the “safe-house” (CIA base) was very accurate —experts on scene described it as PROFESSIONALLY aimed, not typical of revolutionaries.

This is HUGE.

SEE THE RING FOR WHAT IT IS...

But, but.. The security draw down in advance of this attack leads me to be open to the possibility this was a staged ‘hostage-taking’ gone awry. Why would team 0bama draw down security if they knew Al Qaeda had a lock on Benghazi? Perhaps team 0bama thought this hostage-taking would be successful if the bad guys thought they’d get the Blind Sheik back in return for Stevens.

What is amazing is that people pushed a lie that they SHOULD have known would eventually be found out. Did they think that the MSM was so powerful that their lies would never be discovered??

This is less than half of it. It was obvious from the get-go that taking out Kadaffi involved empowering al Qaeda and the Muslim terrorists in Libya. And for that matter, it was obvious that Obama chose the wrong side in Egypt from the get-go, backing the Muslim Brotherhood against the ruling regime.

I’ve been saying that in this forum ever since the so-called “Arab Spring” was announced by our idiot press, well before any of the regimes actually changed, and so have most other Freepers.

This isn’t some kind of sudden surprise. Obama was aiding and abetting the enemy, and he knew perfectly well what he was doing—as did Hillary the Muslim lover.

And, ironically, our ambassador to Libya, who was murdered, was at the forefront of assisting those terrorists during the revolt backed by Obama’s illegal war against a sovereign ally.

It’s not just terrorists in the Benghazi area, whom we helped to get rocket launchers and other weapons. It’s also the government itself, which is now basically Islamist. The various groups of terrorists have infighting among themselves, but they are all united in hating us, the suckers who helped them into power.

What about the poor film maker who got Gestapoed by WITHHOLDER'S SS. That was a big part of the COVER-UP by THE FOREIGNER that appears to be getting swept of the leftists rug.

In all of this, we must not forget that on the same day - 9/11 - in Cairo, there were demonstrations which the Obama Administration's Embassy immediately blamed on criticisms of a religion, although, as the following post points out, there were indications during the event by the participants in that event that demonstrators were responding directly to America and its leader (see below).

There is an article today lauding David Gregory for criticizing the Administration's response to Benghazi. His describing it as "sluggish, sloppy, and incoherent" simply plays into the previous "progressive" narrative about Obama's first debate performance and, in many ways, avoids the deliberate avoidance of condemnation of the underlying reasons for presidential lying, coverup, and perpetuation of a myth from the very beginning of what amounted to an act of war against America.

Had this attack occurred during the watch of a Republican President, Gregory and his network colleagues would be all over the facts of inadequate security, loss of lives, and same-day reactions which were, on their very face, dishonest and did not fit the facts Americans were seeing on television from both Cairo and Benghazi.

Gregory deserves no credit for this belated attempt to excuse the Administration's actions as simply "sluggish, sloppy, and incoherent."

Where were they on 9/11 when, after a days-before DNC Convention where both the VP and President, in high-fiving for a domestic audience of potential voters, used words and phrases which wise and judicious leaders might have perceived as being potentially provocative for enemies in the Middle East, then immediately acted to attribute the Cairo demonstrations on 9/11 to an obscure film few had seen until they gave it PR and promotion which may have exacerbated the problem?

A review of FOX's first reports on Cairo included reports of individuals chanting, "Obama, Obama, we're all Osama," and taking down the American flag, replacing it with their own flag, and then continuing their verbal attacks on the name of the President and America. Where was Gregory when the question might have been asked, "What may have attracted such a direct attack on the American President, when, only hours later, they were burning likenesses in effigy?"

Of course, the Cairo Embassy reaction was summarized in the following article posted on FR on that day:

"An Appalling Statement from the President" - Townhall.com | September 11, 2012 | Carol Platt Liebau

Posted on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 9:08:55 PM by Kaslin

"On 9/11, a day devoted to remembering those killed at the hands of Islamofascist terrorists -- and this year, a day when a mob in Egypt attacks the US embassy and replaces the American flag with the Al Qaeda one -- here is the Obama administration's statement in full:
'The Embassy of the United States in Cairo condemns the continuing efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims – as we condemn efforts to offend believers of all religions. Today, the 11th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States, Americans are honoring our patriots and those who serve our nation as the fitting response to the enemies of democracy. Respect for religious beliefs is a cornerstone of American democracy. We firmly reject the actions by those who abuse the universal right of free speech to hurt the religious beliefs of others.'"

The above statement is the reaction Mitt Romney responded to initially, and for which he received such MSM and Dem indignation.

Why is no one questioning whether this entire coverup might have begun as a result of an unwillingness to accept any responsibility for Cairo and a determination to disassociate the messages of that crowd from the previous week's words and boasts? All of which was made worse when the Benghazi attack transpired.

I feel compelled to post this again.

Interesting bit from last year, that I had filed in my memory under "Things That Make You Go Hmmm":

NBC, Politics
Pres. Obama Drops By Martha’s Vineyard Home of Comcast CEO
By Chris Ariens on August 22, 2011 10:39 AM

After golf and before his statement on Libya,* Pres. Obama stopped by the Martha’s Vineyard home of Comcast CEO Brian Roberts. That’s the motorcade, right. Comcast is the majority owner of NBCUniversal. From the pool report, on Politico:

The presidential motorcade on Martha’s Vineyard peeled out of Blue Heron Farms at 5:15 p.m. with the president and Valerie Jarrett in tow. …Obama and Jarrett arrived at West Tisbury home of their friends, Brian and Aileen Roberts, spokesman Josh Earnest informs us. It was 5:30 p.m. Roberts is chairman and CEO of Comcast.

Catherine Herritage reported on Bret Bairs report that ‘it has been reported’ that this could have been an arms transfer assignment which Stevens went on and it went bad.

This guy has been signing his name on pieces of paper and they become law. That’s why he thinks he can do anything he wants. And so far, he has because there has been no opposition party.
