This is how I knew that the "spontaneous uprising" meme and the "Kidnap" rumor (that Obama arranged to have the ambassador kidnapped so he could rescue him) were both a lot of bovine excrement.
Spontaneous demonstrators don't carry mortars and RPG's around with them, even in Benghazi. Their prescence and use means this was a planned operation.
Kidnappers don't use mortars and RPG's either, since hostages aren't worth much when they're blown to bits.
The administration watched the 6 hour attack from video monitors in the WH and State Dept.
At no time did the CIC order ground and/or air support from US Navy vessels in the Med for American personnel falling under heavy enemy fire while on US soil.
