I’ll never forget this. It happened just a few miles from us. Robbie was a beautiful little boy and that monster kid that did it skated for years. I’m so glad our DA is pressing murder charges. Collins will never be worth a red cent to society and needs to die or put away for life.
Since the perp was 14 at the time, he cannot get the death penalty, unfortunately.........
But why was Collins never prosecuted at the time? Was the little boy too ashamed of being raped to name his attacker for either instance?
Maybe he can share a cell with Charlie Manson ... arm them both and come back the next morning...
