Go to the CBS site and read the comments. This is San Francisco remember. Obama is toast, totally burnt toast. I read a lot of the comments; none were in defense of Obama. I think this was the straw.

Add comedians and newspeople (Kirstan Powers, for one).

I have a feel that, if Obama blows the foreign policy debate, the pressers will turn on him for the remaining two weeks.

They have been propping him up for 4 years. He has been lying to them and using them to perpetuate the lies. If his lose appears inevitable, they will try to regain some credibility in the remaining months before a new administration is sworn in.
