The left’s got a fee-vah and the only prescription is … something about Mitt Romney and binders

I’ve been avoiding this all day but my curiosity’s finally gotten the better of me. Question: Are Democrats obsessing over Romney’s “binders full of women” line at the debate purely as a joke, or are they actually pegging it as some sort of killer new “Big Bird”-style meme that’s going to turn the election for them?

Watch the clip below; The One even made a reference to it on the trail today.

Binders has replaced Big Bird.

the momentum I am sure has turned to favor Mitt, they know this, and they have no place to run. I’m glad for someone with NEW IDEAS, that has come upon the scene.

Binders are even more boring than BigBird.
I want BigBird back!

But, alas, BigBird has told the D’s not to use him in their reelection campaigning.

So, it seems the D party fixation had to transfer to something else.

They are, plain and simply, nuts. But we still have to keep campaigning vigorously and GET THE VOTE OUT or they just might win again. There are so many of them, despite their campaigning all the time for more and more abortions.
(?)

I really don’t get this whole thing. It was a weird phrase that caught my attention, but it was just a comment about having binders full of women’s resumes. There isn’t any thing there. The wackos think this can be used to show he somehow disrespects women. It is just be opposite. I hope more and more people watch the clip and see that he went it of his way to ace women in the highest positions of his governor team, and see that he was a huge proponent of flex time....a very popular benefit for women struggling to balance work and family. The left is so stupid.

Yes, I even saw some of the brain dead “journalists” in the Miami media guffawing over the “binder” comment today...this from people whom I am convinced have no clue what is in the Constitution.

ps: they want to talk about Anything, ANYTHING AT ALL, EXCEPT their stinkeroo economy and worst unemployment since the Great Depression.

also they want desperately to avoid talking about BHusseinO’s loyalties and anti-American, anti-Christian attitudes.

so now...its all about Binders!

Can Pencils be far behind!?

In a libs mind it’s evidence of sado-masochistic, Freudian repressed desires.

In a cons mind it’s a portfolio.

Define It - Isolate It - Attack It - Destroy It

Alinsky makes it so simple for them.

It’s all their little minds have.

The phrase didn't strike me as weird at all. I have binders full of all sorts of documents. And that's just how I say it: Binders full of stuff....

Is it an S and M thing?

Is this the Dems’ effort to secure the women’s vote by acting like pre-adolescent males, dirty old men, or by reminding them of Clinton?

I don’t get it...

On Special Report on Fox they mentioned that then Governor Romney was given binders full of women’s resumes by a women’s business group so he could find some qualified women candidates for his administration. He hired some of them. You’d think the left would be happy with that!

This is about the stupidest thing the left has ran with since Big Bird & Sesame Street. Maybe need to do a pic IF O keeps mentioning binders and keep track of how many times he mentions binders, crayons, rulers, pencils vs. Libya, Jobs, National Security . . . ya know important stuff vs. fluff.

Anyone with half a brain knows he meant binders of resumes belonging to WOMEN.

I can’t stand Saturday Night Live, but there’s something about that skit that really cracks me up. It’s not just funny in and of itself ... it’s the way it has become something of a cult classic. If you ever see me driving down a highway laughing like a crazy man to myself, it’s probably because I’ve just driven past a car with a “More Cowbell” bumper sticker on it.

Yep. They are showing their lack of knowledge and experience. I was a project manager at an Engineering and Construction firm for a little over 10 years. I kept binders of resumes with background info. Projects would require a certain mobilization and that was just another resource to tap.

I think they’re trying to twist it into that Romney wants to bind women with chains or ropes and make them slaves. And obama treats female employees at the White House like crap. But the left doesn’t mind that.

I got a chuckle out of it....I am sure he meant to say something like Binders filled with womens’ resumes, or something of the sort, and shortened it just like you say. I could have binders full of recipes, binders of budgets, or whatever, the phrase ‘binders of women’ just was one of those things that would be quite common in a day to day conversation, but sounded funny in the debate. To me, it is just a little chuckle, but these fools are running around as if Romney is so insensitive of women that he forces them into binders. I have no idea, but it shows they are both stupid and desperate to talk about anything other than the economy and foreign policy.

I was watching Imus this morning and Leese Wheel was on and said she was “offended” by the kine about binders. I don’t know what Imus said to her because they bleeped it out but he unloaded on her.
