Obama may have thrown more punches, but Romney was more persuasive and is sympathetic. Even untrained observers felt that he was being unfairly attacked by Obama/Candy.
Romney is now winning the post debate fact checking. I don’t think this debate will give either candidate a big boost, but I do see Romney continuing to pull away with it.

What Crowley did was unconscionable. She has done her first AND last debate................

"Notwithstanding all of that and even facing two opponents, both wrong, Romney should certainly have moved in for the kill." Jennifer, he couldn't move in for the kill because Candy cut him off. That's the whole point. Crowley jumped on the live grenade to save Obama.
But what Romney forfeited on debating points remains a gnawing, deepening problem for the president.
Again, Romney didn't forfeit the point it was STOLEN from him.

In the WaPo?........Random act of journalism...........Nope. It's hidden away in the "Opinion" section.

They thought they had a slam dunk. Too bad they didn’t fact check their talking points before they spewed them.

What I want to hear is that the Republican Party will never again submit itself to this level of corruption and perversion of the political process. It happens every single time. Enough is enough. And when did Regis Philbin become Chairman of the GOP—I thought he retired.

Obama did much better in this debate. You would too if you had a 350 pound blocker running defense for you.

Maybe we need to start Licensing and Registering Official Journalists, after all they are receiving Special Privileges, unless of course you think any citizen can get an Official Press Pass and be present in events like this.

I’ve no sympathy with the Republicans. They appoint people to the Presidential Debate commission who are RINO’s and agree to moderators who are flaming liberals and then expect impartial treatment. Stop bringing a knife to a gunfight.

I need a shower after perusing the comments section of that article. It's "Republicans don't care about what actually happened" followed by "Republicans are making this into too big a deal." I really need to buy some Kool-Aid stock.
Bowing to the peacenik idol in Somalia inspired Bin Laden. Apologizing for First Amendment rights (and indeed, following the Fast and Furious template to erode those same rights) has done the same thing. This is a big deal.
