How many hard copies of that statement would you think exist? How would zero know that, on an otherwise empty desk, there was a copy, and that Candy Cowly had studied it? Or know well enough to call out a specific cite and expect verification?
Her depth of knowledge on the subject was as if she had received an agenda specific highlighted version. And she performed a shallow, cursory review of the highlights, without understanding their context. Just what one would expect from a - whats the technical term? tool.
