He said that possibly the Obama administration knew immediately that it was a terrorist attack but they were putting out the false narrative to fool the terrorist. Our people would then be able to apprehend them more easily if they thought they had gotten away clean.

Another part of that brilliant tactic is that they intentionally left the compound unguarded for the ensuing three weeks in order to fool the terrorists into thinking that the Administration was incompetent.
