Certainly. Few if any of us here know all the circumstances. However, it was not prudent for him to share a hotel room with a woman who was not his wife. For someone in his position to act in such a cavalier manner is frankly a bit shocking.
Theoretically, yes. But it looks less and less likely.
In any event, it doesn't look like he's working very hard to keep the marriage going.
