Mostly Joe Biden, but, they made it look like Ryan lied with his facts like him saying he won the 100 yard dash with BOLT, and the real BOLT came up on stage and told the guy acting out Paul Ryan saying something to the effect that he ( Ryan ) didn’t win that, I did.
