O.J. Simpson killed Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Lyle Goldman, says one of the more prominent witnesses in the criminal trial in which the former football legend was acquitted in the 1994 double murder.

Brian "Kato" Kaelin, who lived in Simpson's guest house at the time of killings, identified Simpson as the killer in an interview with the New York Post.

"The statute of limitations has now passed . . . so I can now say . . . yes, he did it,”  Kaelin told Cindy Adams of the Post. Asked why his testimony did not help convict Simpson, he replied, “I was too scared. I was terrified.”

95% of African American firmly held to the belief that OJ Simpson was innocent of charges that he killed his wife.

In 2008, 95% of African Americans believed that one Barack Obama would make a great president.

And there you have it: a concise appraisal of the state of American culture. No more needs to be said. The facts stand as reported.

I am sorry, but you are wrong.

Blacks knew OJ killed his wife and Goldman, they also knew Obama was a POS, but they went with race, They always do. They will again.

And OJ, from his jail-cell, says that he is still looking for the killer of his wife and Ron Goldman.

Stand by for breaking news about the search! NOT!

Anyone who actually thought that OJ was innocent would have to be a complete dumb ass.

Yes and they vote for O’Bumbler 95% of the time.

No. He wasn't convicted in a federal court of a federal crime.

One of my favorite Rush Limbaugh shows took place during the O. J. Simpson trial. Rush posed the question, “who is Nicole Brown Simpson” and only took calls from people who didn’t know.

I know this will be the flame of the century........there were two pieces of evidence that would have prevented me from convicting him. The first was the testimony of the pilot who spoke with him and shook his hand, actually looking to see if he wore a Super Bowl ring and the photographer who sat with him on the flight. Neither saw a wound or blood on his hand. Secondly, the black socks that were found in his bedroom with blood splatter, identical pattern from right side to left side which meant there was not a leg in them when they contacted blood. I believe he did it, but I also believe the police “enhanced” the evidence. I am white.

We can always agree to disagree here on FR. I was so caught up with the situation at the time, I wore myself out mentally. A waste of time really. I could not fathom Kato. Seemed he was dancing around with his testimony.

I thought this account may be of interest and I hope I did not dream this. A person was waiting at a stop light, everyone knows how it is- if in a terrible hurry. It would not seem to change. A man driving an SUV behind that driver, banged on his window. He cursed and screamed that he wanted to go through that f******* light. The man was Simpson. The time and place directly contradicted Simpson's testimony.

The driver had sold the account to a tabloid for 6,000 dollars. It was not admissible and he was not called. The chauffeur's testimony was impressive. He picked up Simpson to take him to the airport. He may have well be talking to himself, for all the import that was taken. Simpson had two bags, he emplaned with one.

That was one of the most inept prosecutions in the history of this country.

Why the hell did they let OJ try on the dried out gloves?

I don’t think there is a statute of limitations regarding murder. OJ is free and clear though because he was acquitted. Kato is as goofy as ever

The worm meant statute of limitations for perjury.

That makes more sense

I am not a big pro football fan. But I don’t think Simpson ever played in a Super Bowl.
