My focus is and always has been on the CRIMES committed, and right now every state SOS, every state AG, every member of the DNC EXecutive Committee and DNC counsel Bob Bauer, every state dem party chair, and every member of the Commission on Presidential Debates has been notified that Hawaii has confirmed that the White House BC image is a forgery that hides the legal non-validity of the actual record.

We don’t have to prove where Obama was born. In order to make the positive statement - under oath - that Obama is Constitutionally eligible, the signers of the Official Certification of Nomination have to be able to prove where Obama was born. And they can’t do it based on a Hawaii birth record, because there is no legally-valid Hawaii birth record. They all knew that. They have committed the crime of perjury and fraud. And because Obama doesn’t have a valid Hawaii birth certificate he can’t have used it for legal purposes and HAS TO KNOW that he committed fraud and perjury when he signed any statement saying that he was qualified to serve as President.

I’m sorry, but I believe that the little people should be able to report crimes by the big people and receive the same due process as the big people.

A judge in Kansas convicted a soldier of “marriage fraud” and lying to the government. Wouldn’t go lenient on the guy even though he cooperated with the investigation and trial - because it is a particular travesty, the judge said, that the soldier is supposed to be SERVING the country and had taken an oath.

IOW, that soldier’s oath is SO SERIOUS that it means any lies on his part are unconscionable. And yet we’ve got Eric Holder and the whole dang rabble lying with every breath they take while under oath before the US Congress - and everybody plays along because God knows the oath to protect and defend the US Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic is PIDDLES compared to a soldier’s promise to serve. The little people are the only people whose oath is serious enough that it warrants consequences when they lie and commit fraud. God knows the holder of the nuclear football has no special legal responsibility or culpability.

I believe the 14th Amendment was right when it guaranteed due process and equal protection, regardless of how powerful or little somebody is. I believe nearly every person in government today is SPITTING on that Constitution, just as surely as that Saudi Muslim woman spat on other customers in Florida. It is even MORE vile when it is done by those who took an oath to protect and defend that Constitution.

I don’t care if she was “working” with these people or not. She would not be told things which could lead to murder charges. Simply is NOT believable.

Hawaii has done nothing of the sort.
