They are a private company. If you support the right of Chick Fil-A, another private company, to take a stand on an issue, why would you be against another private company taking a stand on an issue that you might be against?
You don’t have to agree with it but it’s their right as a private company, no?

So is Nordstrom going to support the right of Muslims to have 4 wives? How about allowing a gay man to have 4 husbands? Will Nordstrom support the lowering of the legal age to marry (like in the Middle East where a nine year old girl can marry a 40 year old man). It never ends with liberals. Incremental-ism is the key. Eventually, they always demand more.
