If she does resign after Nov. 6th it will not be "because of Libya". That was probably the deal made if she accepted responsibility. She was going to be gone in 2013 anyways (if Obama won).
This is her way of saving her political career for 2016. If she resigned because of Libya, she's toast in 2016.

She was never going to run in 2016, and no one on the left was ever going to support it. SoS is her last act on the national stage.
I agree. Hussein Obozo would force Hillary out in 2013. He hates her and John ("I served in Vietnam") Kerry really wants Hillary's job badly. (The current Senate leadership treats Kerry like a poodle.) Kerry thinks he deserves a job with "gravitas."
