Washington (CNN) After near-universal bad reviews of his first presidential debate with Mitt Romney, President Barack Obama will bring more energy and passion to his second showdown with the GOP nominee, advisers to the president said Sunday.
Yet the come-out-swinging attitude many Democrats crave could be hindered by the debate's town hall format, which requires a likability factor not completely compatible with aggressive attacks.

B.E.T: Shout out to you because you mentioned Town Hall might favor OTrauma... but with his planned strategy this is likely to mess him up!! :)
Not worried about the debate - Obamatollah is to debating what Cicero is to golf...
Mitt: We must not let the future belong to those who blame others for their failures.
Benjamin Franklin: “Those who are good at making excuses are seldom good at anything else.”

HOMOPHOBIC RACIST ALERT!
HOMOPHOBIC RACIST ALERT!
HOMOPHOBIC RACIST ALERT!
Remember, when the humiliated One “comes out swinging” Tuesday night, he’ll be showing his incompetence, immaturity, frustration and lack of ideas about how to solve the problems with the economy and unemployment. It will be embarassing for all Americans to watch. However, it will provide a lot of laughs and drama for his cult following.
Should Romeny get elected, unlike when I voted for Buse in the hopes he would prosecute the Clinton crime cartel, I am under no illusions that any wholsale changes for the better will be made. The only thing I wish for is getting obama out of power.

2008 debate with same format.
Candy Crowley will, in no way, even try to be as balanced as Brokaw.
A shouting, in-your-face, smash-mouth assault will only remind people of the spectre of the “angry black man”, the one you cross the street to avoid having a direct encounter.
The way the hype is going, this is starting to sound like a reprise of the Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield match in 1997, where part of the tactics included biting off body parts.
I think so too. An opportunity to do what no one else has...confront him face to face on his failures and make hm answer for them to a national audience. Channel a little Newt and Sarah, combined with his own mastery of economics and business sense and he’ll be able to put the man-child in his place. and don’t take any crap from the moderator, either. Be a nice guy but don’t let ANY OF THEM WALK ON YOU!
Mitt needs to needle the One until he explodes.
The way to do it IMO is to ask a quick loaded question at the end of each answer Mitt makes to an audience question. Zero will be forced to respond to the loaded question and he will get crazier each time Mitt does it.
“I think Obama will become less likeable during this debate.”

As far as I am concerned that would be impossible! He hit zero likability on my scale before he was ever inaugurated.
lol...think if he acts like Samuel Jackson...."I TOLD YOU MOFO what the deal is...now take your FACTS and shove them up your lily white..."
Because the most bellicose blusters on the right are the 1st to wave the white flag the minute anything goes against us. They are every bit as emotion driven as the Leftists. Quick to latch on to any victory, just as quick to give up the second things get tough for us.
Would anyone bet he wrote the questions?
He might come out swinging but let's not forget he's still a street punk at heart. The first counter punch will have his lower lip quivering and the second will have him running off stage crying Momeeeeee.................
He might be the President and Commander in Chief but he's still a sissy boy and that's the truth!
Will Cousin Pookie also attend?
Let's hope it goes terribly awry.
