JFK’s body was processed at the hospital in Dallas, the four bodies from Libya had not been processed into the country and that is what Dover’s program is all about. What is at odds with typical protocol is that they first went to be displayed at a pubic event before they had been processed into the country.
The other issue is that Dover is such a short trip for anyone in DC to make that coupled with the quick departure before meeting with the National Security Council, he jetted off for the fund raising events in Vegas and also the celebrity bunch in Kalifornja.
In short, it means everything with regard to a so-called leader of our country who is more worried about hob-nobbling and photo ops than having that take a back seat to leading by example.
