The State Department not only denied a request for an increase in Marine Security personnel in Libya, they reduced the Marine personnel there.
Thereby the trap was set to embarrass Obama at some future attack, say on 9-11-12.

In the VP debate Biden said that the WH was unaware of any requests for an increase in security.
Hilly needs to shift the blame to Obama by blaming the shoddy work of the CIA, and Obama’s Foreign Policy of “Leading from Behind.”

The main beauty of the attempts of Hilly and Obama to blame each other is that neither one can blame Bush.
This may be the first time that Obama will have to accept blame for something that happened on his watch.
If Obama can shift blame to Hilly then Obama still is to blame as he owns ultimate responsibility for his State Dept.
If Hilly can shift blame to Obama, she still is to blame as she is Obama’s head of the State Dept. and should have done a better job.
Either way both Hilly and Obama will lose in this blame game, and Bush FINALLY cannot be blamed for anything.
